Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery across Puerto Rico and by appointment.
Once you place your order, we’ll reach out to schedule a time and place that works for you. Think of it as concierge-style service — made local.


If Something Isn’t Right

We stand behind every pair we make. If your sunglasses arrive damaged or not quite as described, reach out to me — I’ll make it right.

Exchanges — Fit & Feel

Your shades should fit like they were made for you.
If they don’t, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery — as long as your sunglasses are:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Packed with all accessories and protective covers

We don’t offer refunds for sizing or fit issues, but we’re happy to help you find the perfect pair.


Return delivery or drop-off arrangements are up to you — we’ll take care of the rest once we receive them.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind, no worries — exchanges are available within 7 days as long as your sunglasses are still new and unused.
Refunds aren’t available for change-of-mind purchases unless there’s a defect or quality issue.


Our Promise

Every pair of SOL Y LUNA eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it no stress, no hassle.
